Our flagship restaurant · Since 2013

The restaurant that started it all.

Our social-gastronomy restaurant is a hands-on training space where our trainees and chefs cook and serve a seasonal menu of authentic Moroccan dishes. Located in Gueliz, the restaurant is open for lunch six days a week (closed Sundays), from noon to 3:30 pm. Friday is couscous day, the traditional Friday dish, when we welcome two to three times as many guests.

Why your table matters

A lunch that funds a future.

Amal is a social enterprise, 100% of what you spend here is poured straight back into our women's training. When you book a table, you're not just eating well; you're helping the next graduate find her craft.
